Booking Details

Prices shown are fully inclusive charges.

A Deposit of 20% of rental is payable when booking is made. If booking is for more than one week then deposit paid for each week taken. This is non refundable.

We will then acknowledge receipt of your deposit and ask that the balance is paid no later than eight weeks prior to the holiday start date. If you are making a booking eight weeks or less from your start date then the full payment is required. Please make cheques payable to Odette France.

Included in the price of your holiday is electricity, Bed linen, Towels and tea Towels.    

Smokers and dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Changes over days are Saturday Arrivals after 3pm, Departures before 10am.
