DIRECTIONS TO LINNELL COTTAGE, HOLLOCOMBE, DEVON, EX18 7QE

Exit M5 Junc 27 to Tiverton
Take A361 to Tiverton
Then follow signs for Bickleigh / Bickleigh Castle / Crediton
At Trout Inn Pub turn right and over bridge towards Bickleigh Castle / Crediton
Take A3072 to Crediton
At Crediton take A377 towards Barnstaple
At Copplestone stay on A377 towards Barnstaple
Straight after Devonshire Dumpling Pub take left turning onto B3220 towards Winkleigh
Once through Winkleigh road takes a sharp 90% bend left BUT go STRAIGHT on to the little lane sign posted Hollocombe.
Ignore next turning left to Hollocombe – carry on straight for about 1 mile
Atcrossroads (there is a signpost called TINKERS CROSS) turn left

Drive for about ¾ mile past farm, down hill, over bridge we are 3rd house on left up the hill.
