Welcome to Linnell Cottage

Linnell is situated in the heart of Devon, between Winkleigh and Chumleigh in the village of Hollocombe. The main cottage was built circa 1700’s  of traditional stone and cob and benefiting from authentic features in the beamed lounge of a large fireplace with a wood burner and bread oven. In addition the cottage has in the past been extended to provide modern facilities in the kitchen and bathroom with a dining room.

The cottage is well placed for walking and cycling holidays and within easy reach of Dartmoor (1/2 hour drive) or Exmoor / the north Devon coastline (1 hour drive).

The cottage has parking for two cars and a large, enclosed, south facing garden over looking Hollocombe water.

There are steps from the patio to the garden and for this reason this property is not suitable for young children.
